Friday Fruit Sale -Friday 13 th May 2011

First of all, thank you to all those people who donated so much money for The Cancer Research Fund! Overall, we raised about £70 from selling fruit. Appreciation goes to all of the people who spent as much money as they could, even when they weren’t buying any fruit!

I think that Fruity Friday was a very successful event! Everyone was dressed in yellow; there were over 100 people willing to buy our fruit: it was a lot of fun!

I am sure that the School loved fruity Friday as well, since our fruits couldn’t last!
It was very hard being a money collector but in the end it was worth it. I had to go collect as much money as possible and it was hard but on the bright side, so many people with cancer will hopefully get better!
I hope we will raise enough money to help enough people with cancer.
